Steamer®. In most cases,
these cleaners and most others advertise a very low
price 'per room.' Then when they arrive, you learn
the REAL COST of cleaning your carpeting. At $9
per room, expect warm water but soap will be extra.
You might think I'm joking, but my customers who call me
to straighten out their damaged carpets are not
laughing.

properly with the latest 2007 technology and with
methods guaranteed to leave your carpets dry within a
couple hours (and not a couple days), Give me a call.
In most cases, I charge a flat fee of
$40 - $45 per room or area with a $100 minimum charge.
But my fees include everything from multiple cleaning
methods to fiber protection and spot treatments in all
areas cleaned. All cleaning products are safe for
pets and children.
