With 30 years experience, we've developed our own proven system for carpet cleaning.  Don't waste your money on 'super market rentals' or listen to anyone saying you can get as good results "doing-it-yourself" as you will receive with professional service.  It simply isn't true*

Professional carpet cleaning is a must if you want to keep your expensive carpeting looking like new for years.  The challenge is selecting the right carpet cleaning service or more important, the right carpet cleaner.

Through the years, I've learned a lot from my customers.  Most customers have tried the low priced 'nationally advertised' cleaners at one time or another.  Just a helpful hint here, these cleaning contractors have paid large sums of money to their
franchise which requires them to provide their specific type of service.  For example, you won't find a 'XXX Steamer' contractor recommending low moisture service.  They have to pay off that machine in their truck that dumps gallons upon gallons of water onto your carpets.  Consequently it doesn't matter what your specific carpet conditions are, you'll get their so-called 'steam cleaning' system.

Don't get me wrong, hot water extraction has it's place, but certainly should not be used on all carpets, all the time.

In most cases, our low moisture cleaning system will provide excellent results.  We use special high powered scrubbing machines with family and pet friendly cleaning products.  In most cases carpets can be walked on immediately and are completely dry within a couple hours.  The best part is that most old stains and spots won't return within a day as is the case with most hot water (steam) systems.

In fact, we've developed the same technology to clean upholstery with excellent results. 

In the rare case, we'll recommend full carpet cleaning restoration which includes the use of additional cleaning steps and machines.  But this usually is not necessary.
